The doors usually open within a few minutes of 19:00, so please feel free to arrive a few minutes early to say hello and help set up if there’s anything left to be done. Our Tuesday night sessions are open to all, regardless of experience level. There is no need to register and walk-ins are welcome, but please do contact us if you have any questions.
Retreat
Our next day-long silent meditation retreat will take place sometime between April and June 2025.
